At Y.O.U.R Life Coaching, my mission is clear: to inspire and support women in rediscovering their self-worth, building self-confidence, and achieving emotional stability and inner peace. I am passionate about providing tangible tools and actionable steps that foster long-term mental and emotional well-being. By sharing my own struggles and successes, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where women feel seen, heard, and understood - encouraging them to embrace their unique journeys with compassion and grace.
Mindset is a set of beliefs that shape how we make sense of the world and ourselves. Our mindset plays a critical role in how we cope with life. It influences the way we think, feel and behave in any given situation. Our mindset is shaped by our upbringing, our genetics, our circumstances, and our experiences throughout our lives. We view everything in our lives through lenses which are governed by our mindset.
For example: Someone who has been in an accident involving a blue truck, will see blue trucks and be triggered, maybe they relive the experience, maybe they get angry. Someone else who had a loving grandpa who always drove a blue truck would see that same blue truck and feel nostalgia, love, happiness, maybe even replay favourite memories in their mind. So what changed between one scenario to the next? Both involve the same blue truck, but each person’s life experiences and circumstances triggered a different response.
As your Mindset & Wellness Coach, my role is to listen and guide you through identifying, understanding and most importantly, overcoming your limiting beliefs, defeating & disempowering thoughts and self-sabotaging habits. My focus is you. I am here to help you learn about yourself, grow your awareness and accompany you on your journey.
As your coach, I will help you make lasting positive changes in your life by optimizing your thoughts and getting you focused on your purpose. You will become your best self which will put you on the right track to attaining your goals.
Mindset coaching is for you, if…

Mindset shifts don’t happen overnight. When we decide to reprogram the way that we have been thinking, reacting and the results we are getting, this takes time. Remember, your mindset is a collection of programming gathered all throughout your life (this means that if you are 36, you have 36 years of programming). It’s not impossible, and the process is simple. As your coach, I can’t force this change on you, and I can’t force the results for you. You need to make the decision that you want something different, and be willing to work on it and dedicate yourself to the change.
